EPO How long can one use it?

saw video of a pro saying that today in every bodybuilders arsenal is AS GH Insulin and EPO and thats the only reason they can put on so much muscle tissue in such short amount of time. These all work synergistically together

your levels already increase from the gear no need unless you have problems and then you need to watch it all the time very close.

normal hemoglobin for a aduldt male is 14 to 17 mine gets down to 7ish to 8 if i dont take epo and then sometimes it gets to high but been doing this for awhile now and i seem to have it down of how to use it so i'm about 13 hemoglobin most of the time but dips down and i can notice right away.

i really dont need to get into my personal life, what do you think makes red blood cells? if you dont believe than dont.

You brought up something personal, and now you don't want to talk about it? Ok, lol. And as Emeric pointed out....the kidney's do not produce red blood cells, hence why I asked how you know yours don't produce enough? It sounds like you don't really know what you're talking about so maybe you shouldn't be giving advice.
