Equipment

I am going to buy a good piece of chest equipment. Maybe hammer strength maybe something else. But I would like some info that any of you guys have. I would like to know where the best place to buy equipment. Also maybe the equipment with the best angles. I would just use the ones in my gym but they don't carry any hammer strenght or really anything like it.

Got to tell you. at the Arnold I tryed the new Nautilus Nitro Incline Bench Machine and it was awesome. Perfect angles with multiple grips and very very smooth.

thanks guys, but do you know of any sites where I can buy some hammer strength equipment direct. I found there main site but you can not buy direct, you have to go through a local dealer.

Go with Hammer Strength. Do a search for used gym equipment. I think it was Phil who threw out a couple of names of stores. I just don't remember. If you aren't in a real hurry, browse Ebay.com. I nearly shit my pants with some of the deals offered. Unfortunately the shipping from the US to Canada would kill me. There was, very recently a plate loaded Strive bench press machine for sale. I know for a fact it's the second time it's been listed. May work in your favour.

thanks, I am in a bit of a hurry. As soon as the pain goes away I am going to start back training. I am not going to be doing anymore free bench for a while so I need to get a good piece of chest equipment. I have been saving up for a big screen tv for 6 months and have about 1,500, I need a good piece of bench press equipment more than a tv.

|--[\\\]>-------- i've managed 2 clubs now and have been apart of buying weight equip. for the gyms, i have to tell you BUYING it is expens. that is why most gyms LEASE their equip. it's true, you do have to go through a dealer. Hammer strength hooked me up with some refs. if you call them directly. You are just wanting to buy ONE piece of hammer or are you building a home gym?

I am just buying the one piece, and it is only becuase I tore my pec. I would rather not use machines but I don't have much contorl over that right now.

DC posted awhile back about the millitary doing some kind of sellout twice a year from one or two different bases. But you need to know someone in the millitary. This is a lead that may help. I know he said things were cheap too, like $75 for certain pieces. Good luck
