Fish oil- must be high in EPA/DHA
EVOO or Macadamian oil
CQ-10 and Ubiquinol
MD GDA, along with extra ALA.

I will have to look in my tackle box, I take a handful of supplement for health.

I also like mucuna pruriens EOD. Some sort of EAA/BCAA blend a couple times a day. D-aspartic acid. Joint support. ALA. Chromium. Stinging Nettle. Melatonin (when needed).
