What are your essential supplements?

Can someone explain what DIM does please?
Weak but effective anti estrogen in the simplest term prolly does other shit but I took it via food for a denser look thru mountains of califlower, broccoli, and Brussels

I used to crush cruciferous vegetables and now most of them except cauliflower oftentimes make me gag when i eat them. I did that with canned tuna too. After thousands of cans, cant do it anymore unless i put some mayo and hotsauce on it
 
Thanks guys! Would DIM improve libido if estrogen was too high?

Same here I can still get the veggies down during prep but on my come up it was sticky rice with two cans of strained tuna on it-like 3-4 cups and then murdered in cheap salsa now I’m good to eat tuna monthly and have to be in a bind. Sushi ever gets old though
 
I won't lie, with Corona and all that my wages are down. Gotta cut back to just the essentials.
Just did the math and chicken breasts are gram for gram about only 40% the same price as protein powder.
So I gotta cut corners somewhere.

What are the last supps that you'd drop from your program?

Maybe NAC and a liver protector

So, I’ve posted on this thread a few times..but as of today my best blood work since birth has come from this combo:

6mg cialis daily (yes 6, compounding pharmacy)
Creatine blend 2.5grams(upon waking)
Berberin upon waking(has cinnamon)
1/2 caffeine pill (waking)
1/2 bronkaid max(waking)
5000iu d3(hour before bed)
Zinc 50mg (hour before bed)
Metformin 500mg (hour before bed)
Metoprolol 25-50 (an hour before bed)

I stopped taking 4000mg of omega 3’s a day and simply started taking Berberin and cialis again and my blood work is now amazing! Better than even

High doses couldn’t hurt. Cardio is the best thing for libido

If I want to optimize my health I should be using a bit more but right now the only health supplements I am using are vit d, vit c, zinc and p5p. I will drop the p5p soon and I will add in some fish oil and curcumin back in.

I love fish oil, if I get lazy on my supps I just order Animal pak combos instead of goin thru all my health supps all year, there are just months I’m over opening bottles 50 times a day. You take the curcumin for heart or joints as the primary priority?
 
I think supplements are getting so expensive so my essentials right now are:

Vit C
Vit D
Krill Oil
Zinc Carnosine
Glutamine
TUDCA
 
Fish oil (2-4g combined AHA/DHA)
Cheap Multi-vit since i'm not the best vege eater.
Whey protein....though I technically view and use it as a food source.
D3
Test
Some sort of caffeine in the morning
Lite Salt and regular salt
Melatonin at night

That's basically it. I'll add probably Nattokinase to that when I can. I'll add a baby aspirin at least EOD. Maybe night-time magnesium glycinate if I have the funds, same with astragalus as well. Oh, and K2. Since I usually stick with trt or trt+ in lower doses, I don't have to really go hog-wild on the supp's.
 
Injectable choline - I can’t emphasize enough how big an impact this stuff has made for me.

Was actually reading about this the other day. How does it benefit you personally?

What do you guys think of the Trained by JP health supps? Love heart and Heart Care? I like the ingredients and i hate having to open 68 bottles. But then again they are relatively expensive, seeing as I'd still need some Omega 3 and maybe a Curcumin supplement...
 
I would say that question cannot be answered without knowing anything about you if it supposed to help you, because putting my essentials or anyone’s els doesn’t have to be suitable to your need and budget. First of all think about what you really need. The basics are always:
- omega
- wit. D
Anything else it’s just a “what I really need based on my stack and food choices”
It may be curcumine, nattokinase, creatine, q10, citrus bergamot etc. but. I’m if you cannot afford a sups rather then finding cheaper one, think about managing your diet to get your macro and micronutrients/minerals and you should be fine. Supplements are just additional tho to help menage the certain need, no an “essential” by any means. But that’s just my opinion.
 
As far as the way your question is worded, the ones that I'd be most resistant to dropping are: Multi, Fish Oil, Vit D3, and Creatine Monohydrate.
