I used to crush cruciferous vegetables and now most of them except cauliflower oftentimes make me gag when i eat them. I did that with canned tuna too. Same here I can still get the veggies down during prep but on my come up it was sticky rice with two cans of strained tuna on it-like 3-4 cups and then murdered in cheap salsa now I’m good to eat tuna monthly and have to be in a bind. Multivitamin+multimineralsI won't lie, with Corona and all that my wages are down. Gotta cut back to just the essentials.
Just did the math and chicken breasts are gram for gram about only 40% the same price as protein powder.
So I gotta cut corners somewhere.
What are the last supps that you'd drop from your program?
I'm thinking to keep:
Creatine
Multi-vitamin
Niacin & fish oil (for HDL)
Maybe NAC and a liver protector
How about you? What would you use if you had to cut back to just the essentials?

I love fish oil, if I get lazy on my supps I just order Animal pak combos instead of goin thru all my health supps all year, there are just months I’m over opening bottles 50 times a day. You take the curcumin for heart or joints as the primary priority?If I want to optimize my health I should be using a bit more but right now the only health supplements I am using are vit d, vit c, zinc and p5p. I will drop the p5p soon and I will add in some fish oil and curcumin back in.
Injectable choline - I can’t emphasize enough how big an impact this stuff has made for me.
