Estrogen = Thymus gland activity

2 Docs on here (MD and PhD) discuss excess estrogen leading to atrophied Thymus (immunity issues including cancer) and significantly increased cortisol levels (obviously lots of problematic downstream effects from excess cortisol levels).

One more reason all this hormone-use (20 years for me), freaks me out and heck, I’m only on TRT.

So many dang unknowns.

Everyone is different, but I don’t think about death at all. We all gonna be back to dust at some point. So enjoy the time you have and do what makes you happy! Don’t sweat the small things!

This lifestyle for me is totally worth it if my life is cut short. Had that mindset from day one and it hasn’t changed in a few decades. Can’t imagine life without PED’s and weightlifting.
