Honestly I am surprised by how weak they are. I wish I could grow like that ha.
X2Really?
Really?
They are amazingly huge guys but 3x25 on the smith press? 2 x 25 on military? And the weights on dumbbell raises are like what 25-40?
Honestly I bet almost everyone on here uses more than all of those weights. The upright row is pretty decent for the end of a workout because of the high reps but you would think such massive men would be using weights we could only dream of. Heck I am tiny as all hell and I could have held my own in that workout.
not a lot of weight. I know middleweights that do seated lateral 40lbs for 15 strict reps and feel each rep out and don't have shoulder like that.
Guess its just genetics and body frame size.
i think that the #1 reason guys don't grow like they should is they concentrate too much on the weight or how much they can lift. this guys [evan & fouad] have as their mane goal muscle growth and use the weight as tools only, their thoughts are on muscle growth nothing else.
It is also a seminar too, so they are just going for the pump....
Probably not an actual W/O for them.
That is interesting because almost everything you read, from trainers and articles, always talks about progression of weights. There is NO WAY these weights are a progression for them. Thats all I am saying. Those weights can't be a progression so either they are faking the effort for the seminar or are just genetic freaks who would grow no matter how they trained.
I mean my legs will never be the size of their arms so maybe I am an armchair quarterback here but as someone who has struggled for every once I have only seen progress when getting stronger. Also the only times I have EVER felt my workout the next day is when I broke personal poundage records.
