These are the board rules. A lot of you are breaking them, so here are two to refresh your memories:

6) Do not post a web site or store where someone can purchase something that any of the board sponsors sells. Those references will be deleted.

11) No advertising, legal or otherwise, allowed anywhere on the board, for ANYTHING, bodybuilding related or not, unless it is one of the paid sponsors or is approved by Big A first!

There's a lot of advertising going on in people's signatures. Sponsors pay good money to be here, so respect that!

If you don't erase your 'plugs' from your signatures, the mods will start doing so. If the 'plugs' keep re-appearing, you will be banned.

No tolerance, no exceptions!

Thats just how it works.... Guys its like kicking dirt on the feet of not only
BigA and the staff, But deffinatley disrespectfull to the Sponsors
(who are very well selected)

If you know so and so Offers a product or service here, why go out of your way to try and undercut or belittle them? Just comes down to having a little respect for the board and its staff and sponsors that keep it going for us imo/
Ive known BIGA for years now and he doesnt ask much of us so lets see if we cant clean up the plugs and signatures a bit if its in anyway against the rules.
