Exemestane Problem

Left for the weekend without my Aromasin. I'm on test 375mg per week 40mg tbol. I usually take 12.5mg of aroma a day. I took some today but won't be able until Monday at noon. I should be ok right? No worry for gyno forming right?

Im pretty sure it's nothing to worry about. Some might even say you're taking too much Aromasin..

I'm currently running 650mg test and 600mg EQ, and I just dropped the Exemestane down from 12.5mg to 6.25mg ED.

gyno does not form overnight, you might experience a flare (inflammation and swelling of tissue), since given previous discussion you have underlying tissue development, but its unlikely. unless you are drinking, overeating (high insulin), etc... but even then with a short break its unlikely... particularly because of the way that exemestane works...

gyno formation and tissue growth takes place over months and years, part of the reason that true regression takes a while (since it requires apoptosis)..., what people refer to as getting gyno is generally a flare.

At 375mg a week 12.5/day is overkill. Daily dose AIs can negatively impact your libido, joints etc. I'd say start a E3D a few weeks in and assess sides (water retention and so forth) before bumping up the frequency.
