My shoot is over and there is no need to be around 4% bodyfat anymore.. Going to enjoy the rest of my summer.. I did a 24 hr shitload prior to my shoot so got alot of calories in to begin with... So for the rest of the week i allowed myself one super cheat meal everyday.. I mean i ate till my belly could not fit anything else.. The rest of the day was eating clean.. Moderate protein, lots of veggies and small amount of complex carbs.
Monday: Dave_19's ice cream creation.. post workout
Tuesday: Box of Keebler softbatch cookies with half gallon milk.. PWO
Wednesday: Chinese Buffet.. post workout
Thursday: 3 pieces homemade chicken parm and 3 slices pizza... PWO
Friday: 3 cups baked ziti, 6 meatballs, 1/2 black forest cake w cherry filling.. PWO
My workouts this week have been great.. My muscles have been soaking up everything and i feel very tight.. I was having some soreness in my lower back from being so tight.. I gained 20 lbs in 4 days... I still have a decent amount of vascularity and my abs still look good.. My question is... How long can i continue to junk load before i start packing on the lbs of fat.. I want to take full advantage of my muscles soaking everything up.. Im hoping i can gain some quality muscle at this time.. I know im holding alot of water cause my wrists and ankles swelled up a bit.. I figured a week of binging would be good.. Then go back to permanent clean eating everyday.. Just wanted to know other peoples experiences and thoughts....
