Training wise not synthol. Has anyone ever did extreme volume, some really off the wall stuff, arm day every day, stopped training a part or two to focus on lagging part, etc?
I've even read things like to bring up arms mix tne, r-type slin, igf in a vial shoot 1cc in each bi and tri before and after training them. On another form a guy deadlifted every day for a month heavy and reported good results.
Anything you've done or heard of? Did it work or end up being a disaster?
