Im always on the run or at work n shit. Other times, im just lazy. If i just eat mcdonalds cheeseburgers like 3x per day to get my protein intake up, would it be a bad idea? I cant get fat no matter what, and i always eat whatever the fuck i want, so im not worried about fat gain AT ALL.

Too much satured and trans type fats are not good for your heart. If we add roids and anti-estrogens except nolva, your lipid profile won't thank you. High LDL is something that can kill you (well maybe not now, but in a few years...):eek:
 
You know I have a saying-as long as there is a dead animal in it...
If you just do this on occassion (1-2x wk) and are not on a strict fat loss diet, its not so bad-better than not eating or getting nutrient-protein at all.

Or if you are having trouble puttin on or maintaining size, sometimes a little bit is OK. Of course sugar and trans-fats suck,
we all know that. Id take the fat over the sugar.
 
why not just get a grilled chicken...and if u really want to watch just get it with no mayo....wendy has good chicken sandwiches

haha vander, my motabolism is prolly ALMOST as fast as urs. I cant get fat no matter what i eat. Mcdonalds is so convenient, cheap, n meets my protein needs.
 
Watch the movie Supersize Me..and you might think different about that crap more than once a month, when you see the effects of that food on your entire body, not just fat cells, on or off the gear.
 
McDonald's is not the only "convenient" source of food while on the run.

Boston Market is the bomb and has a drive thru

Noodles and Company doesn't have a drive thru but takes about 10 minutes in and out.

Chipotle or Q Doba would work in your situation if you paid some attention to the things you put on it. No drive thru but again, in and out in less than 10 minutes.

The old stand by - Subway.

There are always little pub type of bars that might be around your work or home that serve some of the best food around. I have a place by my work that makes a killer blackened tuna steak sandwich with feta cheese, a killer terriyaki chicken breast salad, etc.. You gotta look for these places ahead of time, though. They don't have drive thrus but you can call ahead and it won't take 15 minutes to put together your order.

Don't make excuses for eating like shit, bro. I know you can "get away" with the added shitty food but you shouldn't look at it like that. Growing is important but your health should be considered pretty damned important, also.

Good point. At my gym i train at, we have a juicebar that serves wraps, but they are always out of tuna or chicken. Whenever possible, i will definatly eat there. Guess u all let me know how bad mcdonalds really is for your health. Although, what about if i got like 2 double cheeseburgers and just stacked the meat?

How do you know what is loaded with saturated or trans fats, and what isnt? Certain food types?
 
Eat up dude. If you aren't getting fat, then why not. When I was really small, even smaller than I am now, I used to eat a double whopper with cheese every day. Before that I couldn't gain a pound to save my life. I weighed the same for 4 years of working out. Eating a crappy diet with lots of bad fat, I gained 40lbs in 4 months with absolutely no drugs. Maybe 20-25lbs of it was real muscle. You might just need that saturated fat to slow down your metabolism a little so you are not burning off all your calories.

people around me think im nuts but, i always have a bag of my food with me, but if im without, just hit the local chinese joint, steamed chicken and veggies with a little rice. always ready in 10 min.
