currently 20 weeks out, cruising on 200mg/week test E then blast 12 weeks out.
however i have been dieting for my upcoming competition and i feel deflated,smaller and have a slight loss of strength (example: 60 lb shoulder press would feel heavier than usual). i weigh 198 lbs right now, at 5'8.
current macros: 250/230/60 PCF with cardio 3-4 times per week, LISS 30-40 mins. current cals 2453. was doing PHAT routine, thinking about changing it to MAX OT
i was wondering what i can change about this, wondering if to bump my carbs up? i feel like i am losing muscle to be honest. Any tips and advice would greatly be appreciated.
