as some may remember, i m comiing off of an injury (collarbone break, 2nd time)...this time I ACTUALLY TOOK THE 10-12WKS OFF!~!!
i bumped my HRT dose from 150mg to 300mg to make up for lost time..
im going very slow as i dont want to lift too heavy and tweak anything..
my first day back, 135lb on flat bench, felt like it was busted again..this depressed me greatly...then the next day i did shoulders and it felt alot better?? maybe it was seized?
my friend suggested dumbells, so thats what i have been doing..first workout was with 35lb's to be cautious (still felt tender) no 3 workouts later, i did 90lbs for 10, NO PAIN....
needless, to say im happy..no pain, no shoulder clicking....
