My opinion:
Keep a training log, and use it to make progress. Unless you are making progress, you will not grow.
Try hitting each body part more often. Like with a 3 on, 1 off split.
If you are not already, start squatting HEAVY. Real HEAVY.
Increase you fat intake with some health fats.
Get a blood test, including total and free test.
Unless your test levels are way low, I would hold off on the cycle.
At 20 you could still be growing, and your natural test levels should be pretty damn high. Get your training and nutrition in order, and them possibly use AAS as a last resort.
