First Cycle and PCT advise...

The mg's in either cycle one or two look fine to me. No need for the D-bol for first cycle (always use the lowest effective dose; "effective" will be determined by your expectations for the cycle).

Just a few things to think about:

The commonly held view is that one should run test e/deca at about twelve weeks duration for best results, but ~10 weeks should still be great for first cycle.

Most say run test at twice the Deca dosage to avoid sexual disfunction. I think this is largely individual, although 'Deca dick' certainly does exist.

I'd end the deca about 3-4 weeks before the test e, one 200mg shot is enough to supress natural test levels for an entire month. This should help PCT a bit.
 
Sorry, I missed your ten-week cycle limit at the end of the post. Ten should still give very good results.

Leterozole is effective at 0.25 mgs/day, with half life of at least 2 days, so 1/2 tab every three days should certainly take care of any estrogen. You could probably get away with 10-20 mgs of Nolvadex during the cycle, rather than the letro though. (Letrozole is so potent that the immune system and lipid profiles take a turn for the worst in the very low estrogen environment created by the drug.) Having some estrogen around can also be useful for gaining mass, not just water weight. Nolva during the PCT is the best, most basic choice; 10-20mgs should again be OK.

I'm not so up-to-speed on the HCG, so I'll leave that to someone else...

Even on your first cycle, I'd suggest an anabolic along with androgen (test). You are gonna get your "best" results from your first cycle, so use the best you can - notice I didn't say take a ton of stuff.

Remember, with the stuff you listed, it's gonna take at least 2 weeks before you can effectively begin PCT. I'd suggest the Clomid as outlined in the Articles Forum along with some nolva. http://www.professionalmuscle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1172
 
Blood test?

If you haven't already, I would suggest having a blood test done to establish a base-line and to check for any possible pre-existing problems, before you start your first cycle.
 
How much of what are you typically eating?

How old are you?

Do you keep a training log, what type of a split are you on?

Assuming you are in the US, Direct Labs can get you tested real quick.
 
My opinion:

Keep a training log, and use it to make progress. Unless you are making progress, you will not grow.
Try hitting each body part more often. Like with a 3 on, 1 off split.
If you are not already, start squatting HEAVY. Real HEAVY.
Increase you fat intake with some health fats.
Get a blood test, including total and free test.
Unless your test levels are way low, I would hold off on the cycle.

At 20 you could still be growing, and your natural test levels should be pretty damn high. Get your training and nutrition in order, and them possibly use AAS as a last resort.
