wasup everybody im thinkin about starting up a first cycle soon. im 6'5, 19 years old, weight 250 and probly 18% bf. just got done with a bulk but i think i want to bulk a bit more.


i was thinkin about a 3 week cycle of some test e or sust 250...what you guys think would be better for a first cycle and what should my pct look like?
 
How long have you been lifting? You are only 19 I would say try and wait a couple of years before starting... 3 week cycle of sust or test e or pretty much anything is a waste imho.
 
I'm not trying to be a dick but most def agree with the above.

19 is really young and i would try to focus on training technique and diet.

also you need to do alot more research beyond a couple of chemicals you want to cycle. through research you should be able to answer PCT questions for the most part.

you sound like you have a solid foundation dont take it for granted and use AAS too early.
 
Sounds like you are doing just fine without AAS. I would agree and wait at least a few more years as it sounds you have more potential for growth naturally.
 
well i just turned 22, and last year my gains pretty much stopped, ive been lifting hard sinse i was 17, at 17 i only weighed 125, sinse then ive put oh a considerable amount of muscle on, im now 22 and i weigh 170, with only about 10 or 11% BF, and i just decided i would start a cycle of test eth. with some d-bol,(props to marssel!!!) i plan on running 500mg of test eth. for 12wks, and the d-bol 6 weeks on and 6weeks off, then run a 3week clomid and novlex cycle. does that sound like a decent first cycle? if not what would you add/remove?
 
I think 500 mg of anything, or any combination that's 500 mg or more is too much for a first cycle (or second or third). I also think 12 weeks is too long, especially for the first few cycles - 8 (or even 6) weeks would be better at this stage.

It's great that you've worked out hard since 17, but at 22 you are just now maturing physically. Why not try something like DC's training/diet methods and see if you can't add a bit more with just that?

If you insist on AAS now, try 250 mg total for a first cycle, and see how your body responds. See which side effects seem to be an issue for you, and what you need to do to control them on lower dosages.

Thanks for the input "dad" i guess now that you mention it, a 12 week cycle for a newbie is a bit long, as is 500mg, the reason im wanting to hit the gear now, is cuz i want to put on more size, and the past 2 years ive been really watchin what i eat, and not really watching it as what i eat, more of how much i eat so i can consume plenty of calories, carbs, and protien. so i can put on some size, i am wanting to play football, it is only D2 college football, but at 170lbs and 5'8 im not much for power when it comes to a running back, which is what i want to be, i have the quickness, but i want to get up to about 190 or 200, and still keep the quickness. but i am pretty set on startin my first cycle. so a better newbie cycle, would be 250mg test. eth. for 6-8weeks, what about the d-bol? should i stack it for better gains, or leave it out, and just throw it in there in my next cycle. if i do use it now how much?

Here's what I'd suggest:
Start with 250 mg of test - a very reasonable start that shuold give you some good gains. Yuo could add 20 mg of d-bol for the first 3 weeks, then taper off this by dropping 5 mg every couple of days.

Have some nolvadex on hand, and if you start to look "puffy" or are beginning to hold water, then add 20 mg of nolvadex a day. If water retention isn't an issue, then start the 20 mg daily when you take your last shot of test, and keep it going for 5-6 weeks.

Eat 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, so for you around 250-260 grams per day, spread out over as many small meals as you can, so 40 or so grams per meal over 6+ meals. Add in 400 grams of carb, and 50-60 grams of good fats like nuts, sugar-free peanut butter, or flaxseed oil, and drink as much water as you can, aiming for a gallon+ each day.

Try this first one for 6 weeks. Since you last shot is going to be on the sixth week, the drug will still be in you for another 4-5 weeks as it is gradually cleared.

Write down everything you eat each day, your training, drug administration schedule, and how you felt, looked, etc. The more info you record, the more you'll learn for your next cycle.

Yuor goal here is to learn how your body responds to this combination of diet, training, extra activities, and drug type and dosage. My guess is that you'll gain a good 15 pounds, but this is very hard to estimate since this is your first cycle.

Great advise "dad" the reason i was gonna do 500mg test, is cuz i read the beginners cycle by bigA and it said about 750mg test, so i figured i would just start with 500, and i was gonna add more protien than 1 1/2g per pound, i was gonna do more like 2g or 2 1/2, and about 2 g of carbs, BigA said about 500g protien a day, and bout 300g carbs. just to advoid adding unnecessary fat.

Nick, dude, you should follow this to a T. Dad gives nothing but sound great advice, and i wouldnt change a thing here that he wrote. from my personal experience, i wouldnt go over 250 either. heck, my first cycle was 200mg test E for 6 weeks.... i gained 20 lbs, basically doing what he recommened up there. i was 22. you could gain more, by takin more, and eating more etc, but its your first cycle man. you DO NOT want to go overboard. go easy, and really slowly. oh, and too much protein can go to Fat gain. you dont want that. that is why you eat the amount mentioned above. you could raise it a bit, but watch your body, you gotta see what is going on, and then by keeping track, you will be able to go back and see how you felt, looked, trained, etc....

sweet, i appreciate the input guys, well i already ordered and got the test and d-bol, i ordered enough for well if i do take the 250mg a week, then 36weeks, but when i orded it i thought i would be taken the advise of BigA and goin with 750mg a week, but oh well. looks like i have plenty for another cycle. thanks for the advise bros!! I'll sure need it
