Here's what I'd suggest:
Start with 250 mg of test - a very reasonable start that shuold give you some good gains. Yuo could add 20 mg of d-bol for the first 3 weeks, then taper off this by dropping 5 mg every couple of days.
Have some nolvadex on hand, and if you start to look "puffy" or are beginning to hold water, then add 20 mg of nolvadex a day. If water retention isn't an issue, then start the 20 mg daily when you take your last shot of test, and keep it going for 5-6 weeks.
Eat 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, so for you around 250-260 grams per day, spread out over as many small meals as you can, so 40 or so grams per meal over 6+ meals. Add in 400 grams of carb, and 50-60 grams of good fats like nuts, sugar-free peanut butter, or flaxseed oil, and drink as much water as you can, aiming for a gallon+ each day.
Try this first one for 6 weeks. Since you last shot is going to be on the sixth week, the drug will still be in you for another 4-5 weeks as it is gradually cleared.
Write down everything you eat each day, your training, drug administration schedule, and how you felt, looked, etc. The more info you record, the more you'll learn for your next cycle.
Yuor goal here is to learn how your body responds to this combination of diet, training, extra activities, and drug type and dosage. My guess is that you'll gain a good 15 pounds, but this is very hard to estimate since this is your first cycle.
