I like it (although it took almost 6 weeks to get). I know, I know, I'm trying to be wary of the placebo effect but I THINK I've done this long enough and know myself well enough to know when I'm feeling something real vs. placebo.
I'm pretty sure I sleep apnea (which I should get diagnosed) and mild adrenal fatigue (has improved alot since starting Humanofort and glandular adrenal). So, it is sometimes quite difficult to wake up, often in a very slight "fog" during the day, and quite sleepy in the afternoon.
Modafinil, 200mg this AM. 3:20pm and I feel great- awake. Not stim'd, just good clear focus and attention. A part of me wants to nap but I think that's because 1) I only got 5.5 hours of sleep and worked-out at 6am before heading to church, 2) it's habit for me to take a nap Sunday afternoon, 3) this is my first dose.
This is my very amateur plan: Take every morning for two weeks to develop somewhat of a "level" and then every other day (to try to limit any possible dependence).
The next step is to see how Ephedrine affects it as I would still like to use E periodically for fat-burning, pre-workout.
