Are there any good products out there that just combine the fucking both of them?

Does that logic definitely work? It certainly doesn’t when it comes to cows eating fucking grass and becoming big slabs of bioavailable protein for us!

Sports Research just dropped a new product that combines fish/krill/calanus oil, no idea if it's beneficial.
Rhonda Patrick talks about this in a recent podcast, but the jist is if you're going after EPA/DHA most krill oil supplements don't have it in the efficacious doses of a high-quality fish oil supplement, even if you factor in the superior bioavailability of the phospholipid form found in krill oil
