What are some of your favorites? When you buy a quality protein powder, it usually doesnt taste very good. I know whey hydro tastes horrible. What are some of the ways you guys like to spice up your shakes? Natty PB? I was thinkin Nesquick in a chocolate shake would be awesome. Anyone try it? Has to be WITHOUT a blender, just a shaker. This is offseason, so any calories goes...

I don't flavor but JT does, he likes vanilla pp and flavors it sometimes with various Crystal Light and other times soda like diet orange, root beer, or vanilla pepsi. He has some other concoctions but I try and not look at them. ;cheeky-sm
 
I've used crystal lite before.This a.m. I mixed my isopure with soymilk, yogurt, peanut butter, and ice, blend it up.......not bad!

Oooo, that reminds me, I've done some protein smoothies for him before.

PP, yogurt, frozen fruit, & orange juice. Pretty tasty.

This is exactly what I use. The nesquick SYRUP, not the powder. I just mix the protein first then put as much syrup as I need in there to flavor it, which isn't much.

Nat PB and a banana are awesome....I also like a little ice in the blender when it's hot or I feel a little dehydrated in the morning. Lately, I have been using Whey, egg whites, milk, and sugar free nesquick (powder/not bad).
 
I bring 2-3 scoops to the smoothie shop and have them throw them in a fruit smoothie .. i like blueberry, rasberry, & acai berry ...

Also at night sometimes I like to add some low fat sugar free vanilla ice cream and a few gram crackers to the shake.
 
Fat free Oreos and flavored oat meal. Maybe so natural peanut butter.
 
3 scoops of chocolate with three packs of raisins and spice oats, 2 handfuls of ice and blend.
 
Isolate tastes good in fruit Juice.

Off topic: Back in the late 70s and early 80s I actually used to put Kahlua and Baileys Irish Cream in my "healthy protein shakes" cause the taste used to be so bad.

My current favorite, vanilla protein, Chai Tea Sugar Free Mix from David Rio in San Francisco, I get it on Amazon.
