It seems when looking through diets on this forum, most people either use flax oil OR extra virgin olive oil in their diets. However, I have been unable to find WHY people use one or the other, so...
Which do you use?
Why do you use that one, instead of the other?
How much per day do you try to get?
EDIT: If you do use both, what ratio do you use them (ie 3tbsFlax, 1tbspOlive would be something like 3f:1o)?
