I haven’t really looked into them but anyone use one of the “smart” scales. Ties it into an app on your phone with macros I believe but I don’t really know the details.

I just grab a Walmart one does the trick...oz...g. just make sure you have a backup or extra battery, nothing's worse than about to weigh and eat a meal and the thing stops working on you

Yep walmart, I buy the biggest loser brand scale because it comes with simple AAA batteries.
