For those suffering with LEAKY GUT syndrome...

Is there anyway to stop this? Im constantly fatigued all the time, especially when I eat anything with sugar. Im wondering if it would be the same with a lot of fruit?

I hear L-Glutamine will work at making your intestinal cells more stronger, and stop the leaking of bacteria, toxins, and food into the blood stream... what do you think?

Just out of interest, what makes you think it's leaky gut? Other symptoms besides the fatigue?

I only ask because it doesn't seem to get diagnosed much by doctors, and might just as well be down to an intolerance, serotonin imbalance, or any number of other things.

There is no such thing as leaky gut. And if there was such a thing you would go septic and die without prompt treatment.

Only thing leaky about a bowel that I can think of is a leaky sphincter. Tonight we are going to hit the mexican restaurant and I can bet on leaking out some significant gas in bed tonight when my wife is fast asleep!
