Sorry to derail the thread but isn’t absolutely absurd they make shit like this for “gamers” lol?!?! Let that marinade for a second. To play fucking video games for hours sitting in a chair. Society is so fucked.

It’s completely mind boggling to me why anyone over the age of 12 finds that to be mentally stimulating or a good use of their time. Even if you are a kid, go outside and play with a stick or something. And it’s certainly not doing any favors to the mass obesity here in the States

As for the beta alanine, i absolutely hate it. Like someone said above, Gorilla has some decent pre workout without it and only 175mg of caffeine and then a non stim version with no caffeine.

Attempting to stay at a peak level of concentration and focus for extremely long periods of time can be mentally demanding and exhausting, so there is a market for these products.

Many people think taking a bunch of drugs and supps to pick things up and put them down is stupid and pointless as well..........


For the record I don't game at all, I think it's a catastrophic waste of time and energy and I have close to zero interest in it but it can be demanding for the human brain to do for long periods of time, in the same sense that aggressively studying can be demanding mentally.

I'd rather see these people spending money on supps if it means less spent on door dash and pizzas.

I agree I'm not one to judge someone's hobby because a gamer could just as easily make fun of anyone whose life goal is to add as much muscle to their body as possible at the expense of their health. But at least in general fitness and weight lifting are healthy and considered an adult hobby. I look at gaming similar to adults watching cartoons or reading comic books lol

It's a tough call for companies as I have people RETURN BA free pre's as they claim, "It didn't work, I didn't tingle." The MAJORITY of people don't even know what is causing the "tingles" and some think it's a "fat burner." FFS

On topic I avoid the really hard stims as they tend to make my heart race out of control and what's mentioned in this thread I'll check them out.
