I love Animal packs! First supplement I ever used when I started lifting weights. Remember thinking this was going to be "stuff" that made all the difference!

I still use it today even if just for the nostalgia of it.

Yup and I would probably take 24 to get the amounts I want. I can literally swallow 15 pills with one sip of water no problem.

I suspected this wouldn't be good for me to take, probably wont affect anyone else on here though. Has this warning: " Consult with your doctor before using this product if you are taking anticoagulant medications."

Would most probably counteract my Warfarin and lower my INR.

This looks like good stuff, I personally eat a lot of veggies and like low dose vitamins, which are hard to find, this might be a good choice, I'd take like 4 per day, that makes them relatively cheap...

Certainly could drop a few health supps and replace with this. Or at least take smaller doses and use this alongside to get daily dose needed.

Don't take a greens or fruit supplement, so this may be a very nice addition.
