Friday night pre-judge help
hey guys, i need some advice on how to approach a fri night pre judging. This will be my first show, and am still iffy about how to approach the last week.
Is there a difference in preparing for friday then holding till sat vs. same day prejudge/final?
I will be pushing it to make it to middleweights, and cant load early for fear of not making weight. Deepsquat, i know u were in the same boat, any advise?
also ive always read that people eat pancakes w/ syrup the morn of show, but pancakes make me bloat really bad and distend my gut. could i just eat Somoa girls scout cookies, ricecakes w/ PB, and dry carbs like that with the same effect?
Weigh-in is 4-7 pm on fri.
Prejudge begins at 7:30pm fri
Finals are at 10:00am Sat
How should i eat after prejudge that night to avoid looking like shit on sat morn? please guys i need help with this, im just over 3 weeks out now. show is May 10.
