Friday night pre-judge help

hey guys, i need some advice on how to approach a fri night pre judging. This will be my first show, and am still iffy about how to approach the last week.

Is there a difference in preparing for friday then holding till sat vs. same day prejudge/final?

I will be pushing it to make it to middleweights, and cant load early for fear of not making weight. Deepsquat, i know u were in the same boat, any advise?

also ive always read that people eat pancakes w/ syrup the morn of show, but pancakes make me bloat really bad and distend my gut. could i just eat Somoa girls scout cookies, ricecakes w/ PB, and dry carbs like that with the same effect?

Weigh-in is 4-7 pm on fri.
Prejudge begins at 7:30pm fri
Finals are at 10:00am Sat

How should i eat after prejudge that night to avoid looking like shit on sat morn? please guys i need help with this, im just over 3 weeks out now. show is May 10.

well be honest with your self for now and get other opinions because people tend to have trouble with a self critique... good advice thats Ive often heard is if what your doing is working, and you look good now dont do anything different, lots of guys are in their peak condition before carbing up, and look smooth after, others think they are, then look thier best the day following the show after some normal meals:confused:

thanks for the links xcell, i did a search under wyldes name and got some more info.

thanks DP for ur advice as well.
i am currently 3&1/2 weeks out. i wish i had some recent pics to post, but i forgot my camera today. these are from 8 wks when i was at 206. ive now been stuck between 198-200 for about 4 weeks despite getting leaner and cal restrictions. im starting to believe its the IP winny i threw in about that time that wont let me drop, every that has taken them swears they actually gain weight on their diet.
anyway, here i am(was 5 wks ago.)
BTW im 5'6

damnit!! how do u reduce the size of the image?
