Yeah...

At the arnold a few years ago he was having a drink in columbus at a bar with one of my buddys. Said he trains a total of 2-3X a week since his competing days and takes no where near the "supplements" he used too. Heay He was a real straight shooter. He told them right off the bat dont ask what he used because he would not answer that. Anything else was fair game. Very good with the ladies. I thought his calves looked unreal...Some say they are impants....I always thought they looked awesome. JMHO.

Rumor has it that Francis Benfatto is looking amazing. I guess that means he added a heap more size and kept his classic lines.

Thats awsome. Vince is an awsome poser, very entertaining, nicest guy around...and also I am hoping he has switched from the robot routine....but thats cool news, old school is back baby!
