A few of you know I love to cook...So I give you one of my recipe for a easy omelet the next time you have company for breakfast or late night after drinks
OMELET IN A BAG
Have your guest write their name on a quart-sized zip lock FREEZER Bag with a permanent Marker.
Crack 2 eggs (extra large) into the bag (not more than two egg) and shake to combine them.
Put out a variety of ingredients such as: Cheeses, ham, bacon, sausage, green peppers, tomato, mushrooms, hash browns, salsa etc.
Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shakes; make sure the air is out of the bag and the bag is well zipped.
Place the bags into rolling ,boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily. You can add cheese, avocado and anything else that could not be cooked with the egg.
