Does anyone do these? I tried a set of them the other day and really liked them. I could not use nearly as much weight as regular squats, but I felt it in my quads much more. I tend to use my hips and glutes too much while performing standard squats. I am a bit tall and have long legs, and I noticed front squats don't make me lean forward as much. I think I'm going to replace regular squats with these, to hell with the poundages, they really work my quads much better.
