250mg is still kinda high for trt drop that and take various ancilary meds to start your body like em suggests, there are also a host of vits/sups/minerals that can come into play... also most here do daily cialis.

you would be much better off/safer to get blood work done.
and probably lower the dose. too much t especially in the older crowd can have opposite effect.

Really clean up your act for awhile. Come off everything, then add the HRT back in. But definitely an Anti-E at some point. First get bloods. Tell your Doc what you are looking for in the blood work, he should help you.

estrogen levels really fuck with me in the sense that it makes it hard to get up when my estrogen is too high.

Every other day arimidex works great. HCG works really great as well. As long as hormone levels are stable I'm usually pretty good.

Drop down to 150mg a week max of test. 20mg nolvadex daily for 2-4 weeks. Nolva can regulate estro without crashing it like an AI and causing further issues.
