I consider full body when you literally train everything in 1 day.

Well whatever you want to call it, im not an expert on whats called what. But thats as close to total body as i have come. I could have done less sets and added the back and legs on the same day but i was dead just after the other stuff...
It worked for a short period of time. I feel like you burn more calories than you would in a shoulder only or arm only workout....
