Gain Muscle on DNP

I've ran DNP once before up to 350 a day of crystal. The fat dropped and I may have gained 1-2 Lbs of muscle on it. I was on low dose test and Anavar.
This time around My plan is to drop about 2lbs of fat while adding 1 lbs ( per week) of muscle during next 10 weeks. I know the plan works but had not factored in adding low does DNP of 200mg a day.
Could the DNP hinder the muscle gain since it works on a cellular level, and on energy uptake?

Currently on Prop, Enanthate, Primo, and GH. But during the 10 weeks on will be adding in and taking out other substances such as tren, adrol, winstrol, tbol etc...

he was using 200mg EOD if I recall correctly.



not sure what anabolics or other drugs he was using though... I think it was a cut blend.

It's just counter productive and you know it. Maybe you can, but it just seems like a waste of drugs to me. Always makes the most sense to push the drugs and push the food to create the most muscle, then drop down and push the DNP and cardio and whatever else to strip the fat. It's the same as people "lean bulking" - it's just a slower version of doing it the most effective way.

I'm making size and strength gains on it, but;

1) I'm currently using more gear than i've ever used
2) I was on bed rest for 2 weeks

So take that with a grain of salt. People say you cant utilize glycogen on DNP, I beg to differ.

I think under some circumstance you may be able to, but its unlikely. Though the anabolic rebound (short term glycogen super-compensation) is another story.

Of course it's possible but sometimes having one clear goal is the best thing to do. If I used dnp I would mainly be thinking about losing body fat but of course maintaining as much muscle as possible. Under the right circumstances you could gain muscle but the above posters summed things up. Obviously you could use high anabolics and lower dnp and your diet could be high protein, clean but not too restrictive (carbs and fats) with plenty of rest so you could gain muscle. Your starting point and past usage (last 6 months) would also be a big factor.

Regarding your plan you could definitely gain muscle but having dnp in the mix will make things much harder. I would use dnp to get leaner and increase slin sensitivity at the same time. Then drop it and try to gain muscle without it as it will only make things harder. There are other things you can use to minimize fat gain when bulking but if your diet and training are 100% you won't need any of them.

I think the only other person I’ve heard of using dnp and gaining muscle was Bostin Lloyd. Pounding the insulin around workouts as well if I’m remembering correctly.


To me it sounds like more trouble then it’s worth. Why not bulk hard for 8 weeks then diet hard for 2-3 weeks with dnp?

Workouts are shit on dnp.

Interesting as dnp always added to water retention and made me look flat, I would never consider using it to help with aesthetics. Not until you come off anyway....

Has anyone actually gotten any stronger while running a low dose 200mgs of DNP? for most of us you can't gain any muscle but what about strength?

I did on 50-100mg daily but not much n endurance vanished after 3-4 weeks

I have, but it was minimal, and it required lots of tren.

If you don’t like to sleep, run DNP and tren together lol

fish, how are you liking the levemir? how's the daily fullness? have you been staying lean on it?

I love it.
I am using it to lean out and stay full. I am in week six and have gained 6 pounds and have a visible change in leanness.
I tried using it everyday but blew up like the a balloon so I went back to days I lift.

that's great to hear. not to hijack this thread, but how are you eating? What does your daily fat and carb intake look like? also, so you're only taking the levemir on training days, what is your doseage on those days?

I’m also sorry to the OP to hijack this thread but I did want to point out that I was gaining while using a small dose of DNP.
As to my calories I’m sitting at 220 lbs. but keeping my calories down about 3200. Protein is around 300. My last blood tests showed I was low in good fats so I’ve upped them to about 125g. The rest is carbs. I eat five times a day.
I’m on 750 test, 25mg MK-677, and 300 NPP.
I honestly didn’t expect to gain weight on the Levemir at this regimen, was just hoping to have it help burn up excess fat I gained over the winter.
The other surprise was that I feel good. My body doesn’t feel stress from adding something new like it so often does with other compounds. After a decade of playing this game you get tired of feeling like hell because of what you put in your body.
