I fucked up and used a new Pre wo mix. Made me nauseated and I could not, for the life of me, get to the gym to do legs. Did 13th shot today. No issues. Still at 229 with 34% bf according to myfitnesspal scale.

ok. Down to 225 and 33% bf, according to myfitnesspal scale. This is promising. Will report on my strength on my leg workout today. More later.

Added 90 lbs to my leg press for 12 reps. My hams were stronger, though I added reps, not weight. My calf with nerve damage was stronger today, as well.

Doing 15th injection tomorrow. I am going to buy my blood test online at the end of this week. I will try to post some pics soon, as well. Doing chest/shoulders today. I will report on my workout later.

Ok. On my 19th injection ( I will take tomorrow). Weight has been holding steady at 229 and 33%bf. I am going to order my blood work tomorrow and get them drawn on Friday. So my bloods will be drawn 5 days after last injection.

Well, I did my last injec5ion and ordered bloodwork today. They sid it could take up to 7 days to turn around. So that should be perfect, as I was instructed to get blood work done 7 days from last injection. I get the testosterone panel that will show the numbers if test is > 1500

Did blood work today. Results should b within a week. Last shot was 3 days ago. I got the test that shows actual test levels if >1500. I have plateaued as far as strength goes. I seem to be leaning out, though.
