any time i clean up my diet i always start to get cramps sometimes in my hands sometimes my feet i've read every post on this and tried everything.i always keeped my sodium levels high but i think because of sweating from training and cardio plus tanning causes this to happen.it seems that plain water causes me to go to the bathroom so much that i loose all my electrolytes and the water does stay in me to hydrate my body.yesterday i drank gatorade mixed 50% gatorade 50% water and for the first time i didn't get cramps and my body didn't run to the bathroom after drinking just plain water.i drank about 1.5 gallons of this and felf great at night time.today i did the same and got the same results now my question is how do i go about cutting should i keep it in if it fixed my problem and just count it in my carbs.i read a article that stated plain water dosn't really hydrate you that good because it doesn't replace electrolyltes any htoughts
