Machine plate loaded lateral raises damn that machine makes you look like a chump week ass whus 20 pounds each side barely get 8 reps

I was never super impressed with Anadrol always being more of a dbol guy BUT a buddy encouraged me to go 200mg Anadrol and zero DBol ..... talk about a gamechanger wow

Lenny & Larry’s complete cookie chocolate (I know it’s basically junk food LOL but it’s 400+ calories post workout and I don’t often have a need for super high protein because I eat a meal 90 minutes after that, usually do an EAA intra workout and/or often train within an hour after eating a meal anyways ...... besides all that I eat 2 to 3 times in the middle of the night when I get up to pee or just flat out wake up anyways)

Chest supported “T bar” rows
V bar low rows
Rear delt machine
Rear delt rows DB on chest supported incline bench (this is new for me my rear delt isolation movements in the last have been minimal)
List my grip at this point so all back width movements will begin the PM session
back to hotel for fast shower as Waffle House awaits

I got some Trest last year and that was the best thing I've ever taken.. Second only to Anadrol and DHB haha I can only imagine how you felt in the gym. How was the pip with your DHB?
