Generic Supplements??

What is the difference in name brand and generic supplements? I am I right in thinking its quality? I can find two different brands of the same supplement but the generic is 2x the mgs of each ingredient.

The way I see this, is that they have to double their quantity to keep the same quality.

Just found out that the site selling the name brand label is wrong...but anyway, what is the difference in general

Many generic products are just as good as name brand - you'll just have to try them and find out as there is really no way to tell.

But some can also be crap. Look at it this way, in many cases the price difference you pay is for advertisement of said product. Many go to the same manufacturers but they go with their own blending specifications to set them apart.

Many here will tell you that "you get what you pay for" I think that is true only part of the time.
