Turnaround Time for US Orders?

Are US orders shipped from a location in the continental US? I looked at ordering from them a little while ago but was concerned that their packages might take a while to clear customs.

Is that sterile water multi-use? I'm confused because that doesn't seem to be bacteriostatic, how long will that keep for once used for reconstitution?

I noticed that the syringes on the site have "push-in" or onto needle attachments. Are any, or will any be available with a screw into coupler? Specifically for 18 and 23 guage syringes? I find the "screw on" type are easier to use.
