300/600/600 test/mast/trena
1-4sd. 20-30mg ed
I'm using the rip stack(100/100/100) and adding the difference for the tren and mast.. pinning eod
I was using winni. But I can tell,already it is drying me out to,fast! It's good stuff! So I'm using var 80-100ed. Everything is medlab!!!
Also running some t3.
Support supps are
lgi damage control
Fish oil 200mg ed
Magnesium
Prami .5 ed
Adex 1mg eod or as needed.
I work a shit ton of hours. 80 sometimes 100 a week. Today's workout went like this
8 plates x 12
12 plates x 12
16 plates x 10
18 plates x 10
Finished off leg press, with 18 plates +6-25's. Did 8 reps 5th set. Couldn't done more but I haven't Hitt legs in a week or 2. So didn't wanna push it. Plus I have to walk to the dealer when done.
Doing leg ext. On 3rd set 170lbs.x 12 reps
Looked like this
110 x 20
150 x 15
170 x12
190 x12
210 x 8
Half reps till fatigue. Kept tension above the knee . Didn't allow my legs to go all the way.up or down. Right in the middle
Finished off legs.
Leg curls
110 x 20
150 x 15
190 x10 dropset
130 til failure, 90 til failure
Calf raises
3 sets toes forward
3 sets toes pointed out.
Moved on to chest press on the cyber eagle machine
And I am a medlab rep!
