as promised I keep u my friends updated on my gf progress for national championship
first qualification is in 6 weeks
she is now at 126 lbs, should compete at 115 or 123lbs depending of the ability to lose weight without being tired (since she is with me she gained quite a bit lbs of muscle )
- squat 5x265 lbs
- deadlift 5x275 lbs
- bench press 5x130 lbs (weakest point)
SHE IS 100% NATURAL
on the road now for national championship, if all goes well we hope a place for her in national team for european championship
