GH - bolus or spread out

I am nobody but as for my guys I do not recommend using a large dose of GH bolus before sleep because I have noticed that it raises morning sugar a lot and I do not like that even if glycemia after meals is ok

for me:
OFFSEASON - GH bolus before training
PRECONTEST/CUTTING - depending on the dose 2-4 times a day smaller doses

you start giving GH in too high doses - my advice

Reduce dosage to 4iu(all before pre workou) wait when endema gone and slowly build up the dose +1iu every 7 days and when you start see endema started back again then go back to dose with problem doesn’t exist = thats your dose and stay on that point couple weeks to give body chance to acclimatize then you can try up the dose again and see what happens

I just started running it for the first time in years. I think I might have started at too high a dose.
Running 2iu AM, 6iu PM. I’m SO sleepy and lethargic during the day and even into the evening workout.

I think I may pull back to just 6th and put it right before the workout. That way it has time to cycle out of my system before the next morning and I’ll have some normal energy levels during the day.

there seem to be so many opinions on when and how to run it, but one thing I have noticed that @luki7788 just mentioned is that the nighttime dose has me waking up with a blood glucose level around 120.

So I don’t know if I need to pull back the total amount or if just moving the full 8iu to pre-work out would be sufficient.
probably going to start out just pulling the 6iu back to pre-workout and seeing how things go from there.
Trying berberine or metformin in the evening
 
Individual response really is something. I can run 10 IU and stay below fasting BG of 100 without much effort. Any higher and I have to use GDAs and or insulin. I do notice better BG control taking it first thing AM or pre workout.

whats max dose per time ? I hate trying to get that last 2 iu out and do its easier to just do the entire 10 iu then split up say 3 3 and 4...Thanks.

Reconstitute with more bac water and it’ll be easier to dose smaller amounts of GH.
 
What’s the least amount of BAC to gh you guys have had success with?

Move all to pre workout as Luki suggested and you shouldn’t have any issues. If fasted BG is still high add in some fasted cardio. I would avoid metformin if at all possible IMO.

I doubt there is a maximum single dose - personally, I took the most 20iu in a bolus before training

GLP-1 antagonists have become very popular now and I personally think people abuse them a lot. The only situation I recommend them in is if someone is pre-diabetic and we want to fix the problem as soon as possible. After years of abusing everything I have come to the conclusion that the fewer drugs the better and I try at all costs to maintain optimal metabolism in myself and my clients by using the least amount of drugs and supplements possible.

well, i am a fan of drugs that dont bring me any side effects while helping me maintain somewhat good health.
i dont get appetite suppression (well, maybe for 2-3 weeks but then its gone) or any stomach issues with tirzepatide (the opposite would be semaglutide, i feel like crap on it).
and i dont use it because i am lazy. i do my 5x 30mins cardio in addition to 10-14k steps daily and 6-7 workouts a week.
for me, it is comparable to nebivolol or an arb. even if my HR is good or my blood pressure is below the treshhold to prehypertensive - i would still use them if i am an enhanced athlete

I am absolutely not talking about you specifically or even less about you being lazy. I mean the majority of people who use drugs from this group. However I have learned one thing - there are no drugs without side effects, there is always something😅 and on the other hand they are helpful in many problems. The key is to choose so that the number of pluses is greater than the number of minuses. And I would not use some drugs/supplements all year round but only when we have a problem or we are pushing the body and we know that at a given moment such prevention is indicated

I did not mean that you think i am lazy :D i just said so because there are too many people who RELY on drugs only - and this is one of the biggest mistakes in my opinion.
Those drugs like beta blockers, ARBS, SLGT1, GLP1 .... are there to be used if the rest is already in place - nutrition, cardio, activity level, ....
And in my opinion, there are too many people who ditch the basics and go straight to drugs to compensate for side effects. This is the culprit in my opinion.
