I'm currently on 250mg Test cyp EW along with 2IU GH daily. Age 45, ONLY concerned with anti-aging and body fat loss at this point.
For the next 3 months I want to bump 16IU weekly. I figure 2IU in the morning 5 days/week and another 2IU later in the day on workout days (3X per week). I have 8IU vials, that's where the 16 comes in.
Should the second dose be post workout (around 3-4PM) or bed time?
