I read that GH only last about 25 minutes after inj. so wouldnt it make sense to take it directly after training with or after a big meal?
 
Bump on this. I've always heard its most powerful the first 4hrs and lasts about 6hrs in your system.
 
I just had the same question . I read that it has a half-life of 30 minutes but is in your system for 4-6 hours . I just take it right before I go to the gym , sounds like the best idea ....
 
I have seen graphs where an SQ injection peaks at about 4-6 hours, so it's not as quick as most seem to think. Also, remember that most effects are via igf-1 which peak 24 hours after injection! IMO it doesn't matter much when you inject it. Not to mention it's not really anabolic either.

GH levels peaks at approx. 4 hours

I agree with Kstack, lasts several hours in your system.

I always split up my shots, 2-4iu in the AM and 2-4iu again before I go to bed
 
Current thought/trend in the medical community is to avoid GH prior to any "event" which is traditionally understood to coincide with endogenous secretion. This includes prior to intense physical activity (pre-workout) and h.s. (hour of sleep). In reality, I honestly don't think it will make any difference whatsoever in terms of real world efficacy. That is not to say that the above logic is not sound, but more of an idictment on the fact that GH is inherently not an extremely efficous compound to begin with.
