gh question

I just got my generic blue top gh kit. Since it didn't come with any solution to mix the powder, can I use filtered water from the store. A vial is only going to last 3 days, so shouldn't I be alright. Some help here would be much appreciated.

IP says to use Distilled Water from the grocery store. I might add some drops of acetic acid to the gallon of water to help preserve it and get the pH to about 4. I think you will be ok all though I have no experience so I cant really help all that much. Good luck and let us know

Yes, I bought some distilled and I'm boiiling it for 10 min, so it should be ok.

I would use some bac water.

I'd use bac water as well. Only $4-5bucks for 30ml. Play it safe with bac water.
