GH/SLIN timing?

OK...heres my problem.

Lets say I inject my humalog at 6pm, how long would I have to wait after my shot to inject my GH as to not ofset the insulins peak?

I know its a tricky question..

Agreed. I don't like Humalog at all period. Just too quick acting and unpredictable.
Hum-R is my choice.

4ius/ed...reason im using humalog is because im only looking for its benefits post workout ( its also my first time using slin and I dint want to have to monitor myself too long ).

With all this said when is the best time for me to inject my GH?

I thought GH lowers Insulin sensativity....is that the same?

I've always read that GH and Insulin shouldn't be used too close together but I also know a bb that use them together at the same time and he's pretty f'n huge.

Take 2 ius of Gh 2-3 hours before training then take slin right after workout and take Gh 2-3 hours after slin. I have run it many different ways with good results but I got better results when I ran it the way I just explained. I would also add 2 ius in the morning or mid morning as you want to have gh in your system as much as possible thru out the day. Humalog hits you like a ton of bricks within a hour so make sure you have enough food/ drink for those first few hours.

That's one of the biggest myths on bb'ing boards today I see it all the time...don't know where it startred just like I don't agree with the 5 on 2 off theory...one compound causes hypo the other cause hyper glycemia...I read about people saying slin cancels out Gh if taken in the same time frame...I don't believe that at all...I too also dislike Humalog over Humulin R....mixed results if any on the log.
