1. I've tried it with insulin only to prevent fat accumulation. It works rather well

2. From 1000mgs to 1500mgs depending on your weight. As I could gather from precept, highest possible dose may be 3000mgs (for diabetics)

3. Stacked with insulin. It's more dangerously that simple insulin use.

4. I do 1st month ED insulin injection w/o metformin and 2nd month with it.

5. After meal only

6. It helps me to prevent fat accumulation. Also w/o Gluco I must increase my slin doses every week.

7. Gluco can't be compared with insulin or oral insulin. It simply inhibits liver gluceogenesis. Thats why you can eat more carbs and fats on insulin or not.
