After hearing that glucophage can lower IGF levels, I wont ever use it again, unless I have a very large cheat meal.

take humanofort with it like I am. but I think you are right....I am controlling my weight but gains aren't coming as fast as last time.

If you are gonna use it, time it when IGF levels are not extrememly important. I'd avoid it pwo and before bed for sure. But, it will only keep igf levels lower for 4hrs. So I dont think its that bad, just time it correctly and only use when you need it.

It works well. Women who have PCOS use it to keep weight gain off.

Seems to work well for me. Nothing amazing, but substantial.
For the price ($40 for 500 tabs) it is worth it to me to keep it in my arsenal.

Years ago I used it to get back in ketosis after my carb up day. Every Sunday I had 3 meals with 150g of carbs and took 500mg pill. Worked wonders.

Then I tried it on a carb cycling diet and for some reason it was gassing my stomach to the point of intolerable pain. Never used it since.

I was going back into ketosis a lot faster. For example, on Monday my weight would go up 2-3lbs and then would start to drop on Wednesday. With Glucophage I saw weight drop on Tuesday.

Yes, I had 500mg with each meal.
