I have weak/small glutes and wanted more than anyhthing to build mass there. I was wondering if anyone here does GHR and can it be used as a mass builder? Any advice on Glute Mass building would be appreciated. Thanks.
i have tried them a couple of times, just for variety. Seemed like a good exercise, i was just too lazy to continue..my hammies seem to grow by 2 sets of lying leg curls followed by 2 sets of db stiff-legged dl's. If it ain't broken...
IMO, nothing builds up your ass more than lots of deep heavy squats with a wider than shoulder width stance. I used to do mine that way and my ass got so big that it really made my legs look small.
Nothing builds your ass like the good ol walking lunges with pair of heavy dumbells or even moderate weight,I'm surprised no1 has said that already, then squats ass to the floor comes close second those two exercises will build magnificent "ass" that will put Brazilian chicks to shame
