Hello PM friends,
I decided more than a month and half ago to stop/get away from AAS for good or at least for a long, long while, but continue to train and eat like a bodybuilding just without the supps! I was on for 2 years straight and coming off has been hard to deal with because I was just used to it. So far I have maintained muscle mass and strength, but I feel like I am just gonna crash any moment. What is the best way to deal with it? I figured that I am 26 years old and will recover my levels eventually, but still I am like just blind waiting for a crash, maybe just paranoid, but I love the bodybuilding look! Thanks promuscle!
