Gonna DIET for my 1st time ever

Ok I know dieting is such a complicated issue and i've been in the game since I was 19 and now 25. Did a natural show in 03 and havent been natural since. So basically on TRT(150mg test) and 4iu's GH. Thats it. Some eca's. So I realize that dieting is gonna be harder since im not on a ton of aas. I have obviously dieted before but never truely. Right now im 5'11" 250lbs sittin around 15%. I want to get to around 8-9% and thats it. Not doing a show,etc... Here's what i've been doing so far. Success has been ok but I feel like im stuck. Not getting any leaner

breakfast
26g protien egg whites 25g protien whey
48carbs from 1/2cup grapenuts
1tbsp flax oil

3hrs later
50g maltodextrine and 50g whey 15g amino acids
then I train about 45min later

pwo
50g waxy maize and 50g whey 15g amino acids

2hrs later
chicken sandwhich. 50g protien/50g carbs 10g fat

3hrs later
10oz steak

3hrs later before bed
60g protien shake and 2tbsp natty pb.

So rougly 350g protien,200carbs,60g fat rougly 3000cals


So thats it, along with 30min cardio after training 5days per week. Im not super carbs sensative, but really go flat fast when I drop carbs below 300g daily. I keep hearing about all these diets, keto diets, 30,30,40,etc... is there a universal diet that works for everyone? I mainly want to know how many cals I should be taken in for my stats and what im using. THanks guys.

try increasing cardio. You are already pretty low on cals. You could drop the flax oil in meal 1 and reduce carbs in meal 4 or make it a pro/fat meal.

Unfortunally theres no unversal diet for everyone.

it is hard to give you a diet that is set in stone , because there isn't such diet and the same goes for giving you a total calorie number . it just doesn't work like that .

how long have you been on this diet now ?

for meal 2 (pre training ) you might want to go pro/fat .

also increase the cardio a little .

you might want to go pro/fat all the way and have only carbs for pwo .

you don't want to make things to drastically either . i just would start to make 1 adjustment at a time and check your condition/progress .then readjust !

anyways , it is hard to give you precise info with knowing so little about you .

baby steps with baby adjustments...

i approach any diet i do with phases. i never just change EVERYTHING as i believe this will shock the system in a negative way. the body likes to adapt and find homeostaisis, so NEVER give it homeostasis. as soon as you feel at a plateau or sticking point then change something. even when i diet for a show i begin in small increments. first couple weeks i cut out sweets and simple sugars, couple weeks pass and then i add cardio, couple more weeks i start to manipulate carb intake, couple weeks pass then i add more cardio, couple weeks pass, i do cardio seperate of my weight workouts, couple more weeks pass...etc etc.
just don't let your body adjust. or as soon as you feel it has adjustsed change something. just my 2 cents -STEELE
 
Thanks guys. I should have just summed this up by asking for an average range of cals I should stay at. I presume around the high 2000's to 3000 is where I should be and just keep adjusting the ratio's.
