guys, i just wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who participate regularly on this board. i was recently trying some new training style, and had to do some searching and joining of another board, and man, that place is so loaded with people that FLAME, you cant even get a decent answer on your thread.

so, i just wanted to say how refreshing it is to be a member of a PROFESSIONAL board, that has PROFESSIONAL members, have good PROFESSIONAL additudes.

i guess thats why we call this place PROFESSIONAL MUSCLE...
