That was pretty good- I appreciated the honesty of the guy behind how difficult it can be, etc.

I liked Jeff- was very much a "coach" and not a trainer... explained things alot to Stu. I also appreciated that Jeff always looked "healthy" too.

I would have liked to seen a little more-
1) Affects on his family (wife, kids- just briefly mentioned Mom)

2) What kind of "proper supplementation"? He said he spent $4000. Did PH fall under that? Not biggee if so, just curious.

Liked it a lot... like someone else said, would've liked to see a bit more of him arguing at home and stuff. But overall, very informative and inspiring.

The fact that even a small guy like him can give the illusion of being bigger just by dieting really struck me.
