I have a few good oatmeal recipies you can try while dieting:
1 cup oatmeal dry
1 cup of LANA'S EGGWHITES ( they are pasteurized)
2 tbsp PB
*Cook in the microwave until desired texture ( I go about 1min to 1 1/2min)
*Add the 2 tbsp of PB after cooking
*Add splenda to taste
*Enjoy!!
When you are dieting stricter:

1 Tbsp of Pollander's Sugar Free Jelly
*Cook in the microwave until desired texture ( I go about 1min to 1 1/2min)
*Add the 1 tbsp of jelly after cooking
